¨ Wind this up by holding the wooden dowels connected to the string and spin over and over again in a circular motion, until string is fully wound.

¨ Then pull the dowels laterally increasing and decreasing the tension in the string thus causing the wooden button to spin.

¨ Useful for shoulder strength and stabilization, arm and upper body postural control, visual focus and visual tracking.
